My undergraduate thesis dealt with the physiology and biochemical responses of an abundant brown algae on the Chilean coasts, depending on the variation of incident solar radiation resulting from a solar eclipse that occurred on July 2, 2019 in the Chilean territory. Studying the mechanisms of photoaclimatization, photoprotection and responses to oxidative stress.
